SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping time is NOT included in processing time and begins once that time is up and the item is completed. Raisin' Kane Kreations is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages however, we will help as much as possible to get a resolution. Once a package is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or FedEx we are no longer held liable if shipping times/days change. Please make sure to type in the address correctly as that is exactly what we use to ship your order. If you receive a damaged package please take pictures and email us immediately and contact your mail carrier.

​​RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGE POLICY​

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS unless there is a mistake obviously made on our part which we will request the item be returned to our shop for inspection and will either fix or replace the item. NO CUSTOM ITEMS WILL BE REFUNDED STORE CREDIT ONLY. The customer is responsible for shipping charges back to RKK. Upon inspection we will determine if a refund for shipping charges is owed to the customer as well as a solution for the item. All apparel items MUST have original tags and be returned within 5 business days of receiving the item.

SHIPPING DAMAGES If your item arrives damager please IMMEDIATLY take pictures of the package and items so we can file a claim and get the situation handled.

NO EXCHANGES Due to the handmade nature of our items we do not offer any exchanges. 

CANCELLATIONS Cancellations are ONLY accepted if cancelled THE SAME DAY as your order I start the order as soon as I get them through on my end to speed up production time. No late cancellations will be accepted.
